This Privacy Policy explains how Leroy House Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Help In Your Hand (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

The Service is a general wellness and self-help tool. It is not a HIPAA-covered entity, not a medical device, and not a healthcare provider. Information you share is NOT protected health information under HIPAA. Do not submit information you do not want processed by AI systems or stored by us or our service providers.

We may collect:

• Information you provide — content you type, send to AI features, feedback, or submit through forms (e.g., name, email if you provide one).
• Automatic information — device type, browser, IP address, approximate location (from IP), pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, crash logs, and similar diagnostics.
• Cookies and similar technologies — small files used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as Social Security numbers or financial-account credentials. Please do not submit such information.

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• generate AI Output you request;
• diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• analyze usage to improve features and content (typically in aggregated or de-identified form);
• communicate with you about the Service;
• comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.

Content you submit to AI features is sent to third-party AI providers (such as model and inference providers) to generate responses. Those providers process your input under their own terms and privacy policies. We instruct providers not to use your content to train their public foundation models where that option is available, but we cannot guarantee third-party behavior. Do not share information you consider highly sensitive, confidential, or identifying.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, AI inference, email, error tracking, and similar vendors who process information on our behalf.
• Legal & safety — to comply with law, legal process, or lawful government requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect rights, safety, or property of the Company, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
• With your consent — in any other case with your direction or consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@helpinyourhand.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can typically control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S. or other countries with different data-protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

The Service may link to third-party sites or services (including crisis hotlines like 988). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
